ALTINOVA VILLA Private Residence Altınova Villa is conceived around the relationship between privacy, daylight and landscape. The principal living spaces extend across two storeys, complemented by a dedicated area for children on the basement level. Façade openings and landscape design limit direct views into the interior while establishing a strong connection with the garden. In response to the client’s priorities, the landscape becomes an integral part of everyday life. Spaces receive daylight from different directions throughout the day; 3.50-metre ceiling heights on every floor and generous volumes create a spacious, light-filled and sheltered residential environment.
Villa architecture and interiors
At Altınova Villa, openings and landscape decisions limit outside views into the home while retaining a connection with the garden. Main living spaces and a dedicated children’s area bring different uses into one residential programme. High ceilings and light from different directions shape a protected yet generous home.
