Residential and villa architecture

A home responds both to its site and to the everyday lives of its occupants. Volumes, openings, daylight, privacy and outdoor space are parts of the same design. Vitruvius Architecture’s portfolio ranges from compact weekend houses to villas and residential buildings of different scales.

Altınova Villa considers privacy and landscape, while Kuşadası Villa extends living spaces through a terrace and pool. A weekend house in Kocaeli, projects in Bodrum and Yalova, and residences in Milan and Ennetbürgen represent different settings and programmes.

About this service

Does the portfolio include compact homes?

The 75 m² Weekend House in Kocaeli is a compact residential example. Its scale, occupants’ needs and setting provide the framework for design.

Can architecture and interiors be developed together?

Altınova Villa and Yalova H&K Villa include both architectural and interior design. These disciplines can be defined together according to a new project’s requirements and programme.
