DAZE Akaretler explores an interior within a historic building; MOJO combines a restaurant, bar and garden; Zai Bodrum connects a restaurant building with its landscape. Ramada Roof Bar, the Accra Italian Restaurant and projects in Milan add different hospitality programmes and scales.
The brief considers kitchen and service expectations, guests, seating and day-to-evening use. Building, interior and outdoor scopes are clarified at the outset, while materials and lighting are developed within a shared architectural language.
